At Proline Range Hoods, we put the customer first. We want to make sure that you receive your package in a timely manner. If you order your range hood before 12 PM Mountain time Monday through Friday, we guarantee that it will be shipped within 24 hours of your order. All of our range hoods are shipped from Salt Lake City, UT.
After it leaves our warehouse, we don’t have control over how long it will take to get to your door – that depends on your location and FedEx. Fortunately, FedEx has a useful graphic for their expected delivery times.
Refer to their image below to determine the number of days it will take once your range hood is shipped.
Also, you can enter your tracking ID here for information on the delivery of your specific package.
When you receive your range hood, you’ll have 14 days to inspect it for damage.
Once the 14 days has passed, you’ll have another 16 days to inspect the hood. If you find anything wrong with it and need to return it you’ll just have to pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. After the full 30-day period, you cannot return your range hood.
We require that in the first 14 days you, or your builder or contractor, pull your new Proline hood out of its box and plug it in and make sure everything all works as expected. For more information on what to inspect when you receive your hood, check out this article.

Our range hoods 36” and smaller are shipped via FedEx Ground. All Ground shipments arrive at your front door or garage. Range hoods shipped via ground leave our warehouse the same day if your order is placed before 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time Monday through Friday.
Our range hoods 42” or larger ship FedEx freight. These hoods leave our warehouse in Salt Lake City and take between five and seven days to get to their final destination.
We have different rates for shipping depending on the size of your range hood. They range in weight from 40lbs to nearly 300lbs. Check out the standard shipping rates below.
