WHEN

This photo contest begins November 1st, 2021 and the last entries will be received October 31st, 2022 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time. Monthly winners will be posted on the 10th of each month following their entry on ProlinePhotoContest.com. The grand prize winners will be announced on the morning of November 20th, 2022 via email and on ProlinePhotoContest.com.

WHO MAY ENTER

Businesses including but not limited to:

• Interior and exterior home designers
• Architects
• Contractors
• Home Remodelers

We are looking for photos of Proline range hoods in the kitchens of your customers, not in your own home. You may submit pictures of multiple kitchens each month of the contest. Any contestant that is over the age of 18 can enter. By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the rules of the contest and confirms he or she is at least 18 years old at the time of their entry’s submission.

Individuals affiliated with Proline Range Hoods, including current and former employees, interns, volunteers, and their immediate families (children, parents, siblings, and spouses), and others living in their households, are not eligible for any prize. Proline Range Hoods will determine winners’ eligibility at their sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways you can enter:

1. Submit your photos through the web form found at ProlinePhotoContest.com.
2. Send an email to hello@prohoods.com with the following:

In the email to hello@prohoods.com, include:

• “Photo Contest Businesses” in the subject line
• Your first and last name and your business name
• One or more full-sized original images attached (or a link to a folder where the images can be downloaded)

We will pay winners with a check payable to the first and last name submitted with your entry and no one else.

We do not accept photographs submitted by mail and do not accept more than one contestant per email address. Photographs should be taken at the highest resolution possible. There is no limit on entries per month or the number of months you enter. To enter in multiple months, you must submit pictures of a kitchen you haven’t submitted before.

Note – Images or images of the same kitchen you have already submitted to Proline Range Hoods in the past may not be submitted again without consent from Proline Range Hoods. Proline may collect a photograph’s metadata upon entry. You retain your rights to your photograph; however, by entering the contest, you grant Proline Range Hoods (and those authorized by the Proline) a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publicly display, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works of the entries for any purpose. Proline Range Hoods is not required to pay additional consideration or seek approval in connection with such uses. If you have any questions, please email hello@prohoods.com.

WHAT TO ENTER

To enter, you must submit 1 or more photos with a Proline range hood in them. You must be the sole creator and copyright owner of the submitted photograph. Photos that violate or infringe upon another person’s rights, including but not limited to the copyright, are not eligible.

Cropped photos are eligible. We don’t prefer heavily digitally or otherwise enhanced or altered photos. Minor adjustments to lighting and orientation are just fine. Do not submit photos with people in them. Proline Range Hoods reserves the right to disqualify any submission for any reason or permit any submission to remain in the contest.

ENTRY DEADLINES

Proline Range Hoods Photo Contest begins November 1st, 2021 and the last entries will be received October 31st, 2022 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time.  Photographs are entered in the month they are submitted between 12:00 am on the first day of the month and 11:59 pm Mountain Time on the last day of that month.

JUDGING

Every month, 3 photos are judged by Proline Range Hoods. At the end of the contest, the grand prize winners will be announced on the morning of November 20th, 2022 via email and on ProlinePhotoContest.com.

Please do not contact us about the status of entries or judging. Proline notifies all winners before sending winnings via the contact information provided at the time of entry. Proline may disqualify anyone who fails to respond to the notification within 7 business days. At that point, a new winner will be selected and notified.

PRIZES

There are 3 cash winners each month and 2 grand prize winners awarded on November 20, 2022.

Monthly Winners

Three monthly winners are selected and announced on the 10th of the following month. They receive $1000 each.

Grand Prize Winners

Two grand prize winners will be announced on the morning of November 20th, 2022 on ProlinePhotoContest.com and via email. Each grand prize winner will receive $5000.

AWARDS

Business contest winners receive:

• A feature on Proline’s website

We will create a page on ProlineRangeHoods.com exclusively featuring your business.  

• A link to your website

On this page, we link directly to your website.  

• The rights to a proprietary badge that you can post on your site

Contest winners receive the right to display the Proline Photo Contest Winning Business badge on their website, social media, and other promotional materials.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

All entrants hold the Sponsors and their respective regents, directors, officers, former and current employees, emeriti, fellows, interns, suppliers, and volunteers (the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against all claims of any nature arising in connection with entrant’s participation in the contest and acceptance or use of a prize. The Indemnified Parties are not liable for any costs, damages, injuries, or other claims incurred as a result of entrants’ participation in the contest or the winner’s acceptance and usage of a prize. The Indemnified Parties are not responsible for incomplete or misdirected entries, technical or network malfunctions or failures, or causes beyond their control. Entrants are solely responsible for their entries. Entrants may not submit materials that 1) introduce any software viruses, worms, or other programs designed to damage software, hardware or telecommunications equipment or 2) are off-topic, partisan-political, contain advertising, nudity, personal attacks, or expletives, or 3) are otherwise abusive, threatening, unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, libelous, obscene, false, sexually explicit, or 4) that infringes on the rights of any third party. The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Proline Range Hoods reserves the right to cancel the contest or modify these rules at its discretion. In the event of a dispute regarding the winners, Proline Range Hoods reserves the right to award or not award the prize(s) at its sole discretion. Proline Range Hoods reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose entry or conduct appears in any way to: inhibit the enjoyment of others; tamper with the competition; violate these rules or other applicable law or regulation; infringe on the rights of third parties; or act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. This also applies to any entry or entrant who is thought by Proline to be behind or encouraging any such behavior. Agreement to Rules: By entering the contest, you agree to comply with and abide by these rules and the decisions of the Proline Range Hoods, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Proline Range Hoods as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless prolinerangehoods.com from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs, or expense, which prolinerangehoods.com may incur, suffer, or be required to pay, arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right. The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social networks. You understand that you are providing your information to Proline Range Hoods and not to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social networks. Contestants’ social networks may be visible to others participating in the contest on ProlinePhotoContest.com or ProlineRangeHoods.com. Decisions of Proline Range Hoods are final and binding.
