How to Maintain Your Flush Ceiling Island Range Hood
Clean the inside and outside of your range hood.
You can use many different cleaning products to remove grease from your ceiling mount range hood.
- Windex – quick clean of mild grease
- Acetone
- Kitchen degreaser
- No-grit soft scrub – intense cleaning of the toughest stains and grease
For the flush mount model, you’ll need a ladder to clean the hood. Depending on your ceiling height, you might be able to stand on your kitchen island to clean it. Be sure to clean the island regularly!
