How do I operate a Proline ProV?
Our ProV range hood series includes wall range hoods and range hood inserts.
These hoods are powerful, easy to clean, and easy to use.
We’ll go over all the controls so you know exactly how to use your ProV range hood.

Note: We no longer offer the 1600 CFM blower. You have three blower options with most ProV hoods: 1200 CFM local, 1300 CFM inline, or a 1700 CFM local blower.
The ProV includes five controls: two knobs and three switches. The first button controls the lights. Flip this switch to on and then adjust the intensity of the lights with the knob on the right. The ProV has dimmable Halogen lights.
The middle switch and knob control the fan. Flip this switch to on and adjust the fan speed with the dial knob, just like with the lights.
The last two switches control the heat lamps. Flip those on to warm your food before it’s ready to serve.
The 30” and 36” models of the ProV have one heat lamp, while the 42”, 48”, 54”, and 60” models have two heat lamps.
