“This outdoor kitchen including a 36″ LP gas griddle, a 42″ LP gas grill and a Large green egg was designed and centered around Proline’s PLJW 105.60T2 (2,000 CFM) hood. With various settings, it’s easy to select the right setting for the job at hand. If we’re hosting friends and family on a holiday or big game day we may need all 2,000 CFM to control the smoke which all 3 cooking surfaces put off. The hood not only looks amazing but its ease and functionality really complete this outdoor kitchen area. Townsley Construction out of Central Florida did a great job building this for us!”
