You will receive your tracking number once your range hood is shipped.

If you haven’t received your tracking number, that means either your hood hasn’t been shipped yet or your email is incorrect in our system.

If you think your hood should have shipped by now, give us a call and we can verify that and let you know your order status.

If you had a tracking number but can’t find it, call us at (877) 901-5530. We’ll look it up for you and update you on your order status.
