Shipping was fast, came way before Im ready, but have it to confirm all measurements. The shipping packaging is TOP NOTCH. It arrived with hardly any scratch on the outside of the box. Unpacking showed how thorough they are in providing protection. The Hood is spotless, everything is perfect inside. Connected a pigtail and tested fan operation and lighting. Everything works! Very quite even in the open, can't imagine hearing anything once its in the inclosure. Thanks for not only having a great product, but taking the time to properly package it for shipping.

I love your product. Three things to change. 1. The mounting bracket should be designed to simply but up against the under side of the cabinet allowing the rear of the hood to connect and raise into place securely. Its a no-brainer! 2. Your instruction manual sucks. All of it needs a fresh perspective. 3. You need help with your youtube videos. They're simple to create. You should have a video for each hood and how to install it as well as assembly.

Parts arrived ahead of estimated date. Accurate tracking, and an easy, plug and play, swap out of the lighting dimmer controller by way of factory assembled spade connectors. Very happy with the hood and follow up from Proline.
