Initially replaced touch panel but ultimately needed the main board and decided to replace electrical cord.All is working well and pleased with ease of doing business and prompt shipping and response to questions.

Louder than I expected but I can live with that. It clears bacon out of the open concept kitchen within minutes. Very happy with this purchase. This is our second Proline air vent.
Worth the wait. Was waiting for Labor day weekend. I installed the range hoods with exhaust through the roof. I had both the big Weber charcoal and the both haves of the CharBroil grills going. Did brats, burgers, chicken, dogs, and ribs. Lots of smoke, but all was easily removed by the range hoods. Wife and I are very happy. Thank you.

Have not installed hood yet but have unpacked it in preparation. Quality looks good. Shipment was surprisingly fast and delivery schedule was accommodating.
Very happy with our range hood vent. Easy to install. Only thing we can find fault is fan is a little loud, but we can live with that.

A very well made hood and somewhat easy controls once you figure them out. I don’t understand with that quality why updated snd product specific instructions and manuals aren’t included

Beautiful sleek design, powerful, and superbly quiet range hood. Much better than the ones you would find in the “big box stores”. Puts the Pro in Proline. Can’t wait to install in my kitchen! Would definitely recommend!
Good looking product and seemed easy to install, well, at least for the installer who did it! 🤣One consideration is that our home builder built an exhaust duct that isn't exactly aligned with the extension so we're going to have to do a little adjustment to make it all fit. But it's clearlythe best product out there.
