Extremely effective at removing grease, smoke, odors, heat, and steam. Impressive power to clear the kitchen fast and quietly. Sleek, streamlined appearance. The dimensions align with our island area to provide dependable air ventilation/control and lighting. Proline customer service was extremely knowledgeable, professional, informative, and helpful when posing product comparisons/questions, ordering, and tracking shipment. Very pleased with this unit as we have hosted a handful of family gatherings and have been impressed with this specific range hood.
Still only two weeks of use, but so far the replacement bulbs are working flawlessly. The original ones started flickering pretty soon after we installed the range hood. The customer service from Mckenzie was excellent.

This item came in two boxes, the main part and the chimney extension. Their warehouse sent the wrong chimney extension and after I sent the serial numbers and pics, McKenzie (Customer Svc) was able to send the correct chimney extension at their cost. Everything is up and running! Thank you.

Love the look and power of this fan. I installed it above my grill to make for a much better cooking environment. I installed it myself and the box had everything I needed for a complete install project!

Shipping was fast, came way before Im ready, but have it to confirm all measurements. The shipping packaging is TOP NOTCH. It arrived with hardly any scratch on the outside of the box. Unpacking showed how thorough they are in providing protection. The Hood is spotless, everything is perfect inside. Connected a pigtail and tested fan operation and lighting. Everything works! Very quite even in the open, can't imagine hearing anything once its in the inclosure. Thanks for not only having a great product, but taking the time to properly package it for shipping.
