Each product is hand inspected, tested and polished before being placed in double reinforced packaging and shipped to you with a carrier that specializes in transporting large shipments.

Options
Ground
Ground shipping refers to hoods shipped on the road. We ship all our small range hoods via ground transportation. We completely cover the cost of ground shipping, so you don’t pay any additional fees.
Freight
Freight shipping refers to large, heavy range hoods shipped on the road in big trucks. We want your hood to arrive in great condition, and large hoods are well protected from damage when shipped freight. Refer to the table below for shipping rates on freight orders.
Will Call
Come by our Utah corporate office and don’t pay for shipping. Please give us one full business day from when you order, and you can come and pick it up. Call us and talk with one of our qualified experts if you want to utilize this option at 877-901-5530.

Carrier communication
When the carrier contacts you to schedule your delivery appointment, be sure to answer their call.
Keep your appointment
Avoid a redelivery fee by being available for the scheduled appointment. This will help avoid unnecessary delays and charges.
Clear Access
The carrier only has 10-15 minutes per delivery, please make it as easy as possible for them to pass any access points, security gates, driveways, etc.
Facilitate your delivery
By being there for your scheduled appointment you can ensure the driver has clear access to your property and that your order will be delivered in a timely manner.
Risk Of Loss
We cannot be directly responsible for lost or stolen packages. You must contact us immediately if the entire shipment was not received within two (2) full days after the carrier’s estimated delivery date. All requests must be made within 14 days from the date of shipment for any possibility of a claim.
We do our best to ensure that the shipping amount quoted is correctly calculated before you purchase; however, at times it may not be possible to do so accurately. We reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. Certain geographical areas such as islands, i.e., Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, San Juan Island, Cape Cod, mountainous locations or other remote delivery areas may be subject to additional delivery time and/or additional delivery fees. If notified of any additional charges, you also have the right to modify or cancel your order for a prompt and full refund.
Attention
Our warehouse puts substantial effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a shipment with visible damage, do NOT accept the package, have shipper immediately return to the sender.
