There's nothing more versatile than our ProV model! The hood is a 100% customizable hood as you need to add a blower motor to it before it is complete. The blower motor can be chosen based on your needs. You can choose the hood that works best for you. Perhaps you have already purchased an existing blower in your space and would like to use that blower instead of spending a lot more money. The ProV hood is compatible with any blower that is fully variable. If you need a blower to accommodate this hood, we have a wide array of options to choose from. You can choose between a local blower (one mounted within the hood) or an inline blower (one mounted outside the hood and in line with the ductwork) when using the ProV model. The ProVWC has tapered edges and an adjustable chimney that can be adjusted to accommodate a variety of ceiling heights. With its industrial design, and commercial aesthetic, it creates a real presence in the kitchen. Our ProV model is operated by rocker switches that allow you to turn it on/off manually, and a variable knob that can be adjusted for an infinite number of speed settings and light levels, allowing you to have complete control. It also comes with heat lamps which can be used to keep your food warm, or for additional lighting. You can mount our hood either over your kitchen range, or over your BBQ grill, so it can handle anything.
