At Proline Range Hoods we want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your hood for any reason simply contact our customer service department within 14 days of receiving your hood and we will make it right!

If necessary, we’ll refund the cost of your purchase, minus shipping and handling, so long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

The Details

  • Our 14-day return policy allows you to return your hood at no cost to you.
    • There’s one exception: If your order is undamaged and shipped freight, you have to cover the return shipping – even if you’re within the 14-day window. Outside the 14 days and within 30 days, you are also required to pay a 20% restocking fee. If it was shipped freight, we are only able to cover damaged returns.
  • Proline hoods come with a 3-year warranty. It covers replacement parts and labor for the first year and parts for the second and third year.
